Migrating from another system?
A one-time setup and data-migration fee (typically $300–800, depending on how much historical data needs to be brought over) applies to new accounts. Ask us about switching incentives if you're moving off another platform. Waived for founding clinics that start a paid plan by December 31, 2026.

The first 15 clinics to start a paid plan by March 31, 2027 keep their rate for 12 months from their first invoice and get a quarterly roadmap call with us. The counter shows clinics actually enrolled, and the offer closes at 15 clinics or on March 31, 2027, whichever comes first. Founding clinics that start by December 31, 2026 also pay no setup or migration fee.
Is patient data shared across clinics?
No. Every clinic's data — patients, visits, pricing, staff — is isolated to that clinic's own account. See our Security page for how this is enforced.
How is the Multi-Branch plan billed?
$149 per branch per month, every branch at the same rate, on one bill — 2 branches are $298/mo, 5 branches are $745/mo. Starter ($79/mo) and Pro ($179/mo) each cover a single location; as soon as a clinic has two or more locations, it is on Multi-Branch.
What counts as a "branch"?
One physical clinic location. Starter and Pro each cover a single location at a flat monthly price; a clinic with two or more locations uses the Multi-Branch plan, billed per branch.
How many staff accounts are included?
Starter includes 3 staff accounts and Pro includes 7. Multi-Branch includes 7 per branch. Beyond that, each additional user is $20/mo — on Multi-Branch, counted per branch — added to your monthly bill. Every plan includes the owner's account.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or add branches at any time; changes apply to your next billing cycle.
