Terms of Service

ClinaFix is a practice-management application for dental clinics, covering patient records, visit logging, treatment plans, aligner case tracking, sales commissions, and related reporting. We may add, change, or retire features over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your clinic's account, including actions taken by staff members you invite.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly at the rate for your selected plan (per branch on the Multi-Branch plan).

A one-time setup and data-migration fee may apply to new accounts, depending on the amount of historical data to be migrated; this is quoted before it's charged.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't provide prorated refunds for a partial billing period unless required by law.

You agree not to use ClinaFix to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to access another clinic's data, to reverse-engineer the application, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.

You (the clinic) own the patient records, visit history, treatment plans, and other data you enter into ClinaFix. We process that data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we don't use it for our own purposes or share it with unrelated third parties.

You're responsible for having the appropriate legal basis and, where applicable, patient consent to store their information in a system like ClinaFix.

On cancellation, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period before it's deleted per our retention practices.

ClinaFix integrates with third-party services you may choose to connect, such as Google Calendar and Stripe. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms; we're not responsible for their availability or conduct.

ClinaFix, its underlying software, and its branding are owned by Allea Solutions. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as intended.

ClinaFix is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranty beyond what's expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allea Solutions won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClinaFix. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms, including non-payment, after reasonable notice where practical. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 3.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ClinaFix after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
